This week’s guest is Tom McKeown, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at HRsmart, a leading talent management solution provider based in Richardson, TX.  Prior to joining HRsmart, Tom was President of Aquire Solutions, a leading workforce planning software company also based in Texas. Over the years, he has also held senior management roles at Citrix, Webex, and Adobe Systems.
